DanceFit promotes a healthy lifestyle through fun, feel-good cardio dance sessions. The primary target areas are core, legs and glutes, however a total-body workout can be achieved from a full session.
We at DanceFit aim to build confidence in your body's abilities as your endurance, coordination and sense of direction improve over time. Previous dance experience is not required because making you feel like a dancer while you have fun burning calories is what we do!
